I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, just a stone's throw from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were bright and sunny, but the air conditioning was a bit too cold for my liking. The staff was extremely helpful with any questions or small problems that arose, although their English skills were a bit lacking. The hotel's unbeatable running route behind the property was a highlight for me, offering a scenic 7k loop through a golf course that led all the way to the beach. The dining options were sufficient, with a variety of fresh breakfast items, and the facilities were up to par. However, the unreliable internet over our 7-night stay was a major letdown. Despite that, its proximity to 5th Avenue made exploring the area very convenient, away from the hustle and bustle of Playacar's nightlife.

I stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The rooms were surprisingly clean and well looked after, but the service left much to be desired. The location, however, was fantastic and perfect for my morning runs. The dining options were a pleasant surprise, and the facilities were adequate.

The highlight of the location was the 7k running loop behind the hotel that passed through a golf course and ended at the beach. It was the best part of my stay, although the distance from the vibrant nightlife in Playacar was a drawback.
